  The One With The Poor REALLY Gets Poorer...
  
  Imagine,
  
  - they have to shop at local store and pay more for grocery because they have no cars or transportation means to go to hypermarket which normally situated way out of their convenience...
  
  - they have no bank account, and if they do receive salary/wage in a cheque, they have to cash it from their local cashier which charges them extra fees..
  
  - they don't have direct debit, so paying for utilities without direct debit in some cases cost more...
